2014
In November 2014, the technical upgrade for Phosphate Line 2# was officially launched. This involved merging the extraction tanks from Lines 1# and 2#, adopting the mature process from Phosphate Line 3#, using flash evaporation vacuum cooling for tank cooling, enlarging the old reaction tanks to serve as crystal cultivation tanks, extending gypsum crystallization time to promote crystal formation, reducing phosphorus inter-crystalline loss, and lowering residual phosphorus in gypsum.

2011
Due to the seasonal nature of sulfur-based fertilizers, and the low equipment utilization of Phosphate Line 3# after its construction, the company invested in a Phosphoric Acid Concentration System in 2011. This system transports concentrated phosphoric acid slurry to the Fifth Plant for granulation and drying to produce ammonium phosphate. Currently, all three ammonium phosphate lines in the Second Plant can transport concentrated slurry to the Fifth Plant, meeting production needs.
2008
In 2008, Phosphate Line 3# was completed and put into production, with an annual capacity of 70,000 tons of phosphoric acid. The system also added a 3.2-meter ball mill and a filter similar to Line 2#, using an 80 m² rotary filter to meet the needs of the new Line 2# sulfur-based fertilizer production line. The exhaust gas absorption and filtration system has also significantly improved, achieving energy-saving and environmentally friendly production.
2006
In 2006, a sulfur-based fertilizer production line with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons was completed. From 2007 to 2008, the second phase of the sulfur-based fertilizer project, with an annual capacity of 100,000 tons, was completed.
2004
In 2004, a 40,000-ton annual phosphoric acid production line (Phosphate Line 2#) and a 100,000-ton annual ammonium phosphate powder concentration device were established. The phosphoric acid system added two 2.2-meter ball mills and used an 80 m² rotary filter. This filter is less prone to mechanical failure and provides excellent filtering results, significantly increasing phosphoric acid production capacity from 30,000 tons/year to 70,000 tons/year.
2003
By the end of 2003, a new 100,000-ton/year MAP granulation tower was built for the ammonium phosphate system, improving some equipment and producing powdered ammonium phosphate by the end of 2004. This diversification of ammonium phosphate states ended the era of single granular product.
2002
In 2002, a 1.83-meter ball mill was added to the phosphoric acid system to increase slurry supply. The ammonium phosphate system added a 110 m² heater, effectively increasing concentration capacity, and modified the exhaust fan, hot air fan, drum screen, and vibrating screen to enhance airflow and screening capacity. This led to the production of small granular ammonium phosphate, enriching the variety of ammonium phosphate and increasing its production to 100 tons per shift.
2001
In 2001, after the restructuring of the fertilizer plant, Jiyuan Fengtian Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was established, leading to accelerated innovation and vibrant company development.
